Privacy Policy

Delta TCG (“Delta,” “we,” “us”) is a collectibles marketplace and portfolio-tracking platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with when you use deltatcg.com and our related services (the “Service”).

Information We Collect

• Account information — your username, email address, and name when you register.
• Shipping & contact details — the mailing address and phone number you provide to ship items to or from Delta.
• Transaction & order data — your purchases from Delta, items you offer to sell to Delta, order history, and wallet (store-credit) balances and transactions.
• Payment information — card and bank-payout details are collected and processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
• Usage data — basic technical information (such as device and log data) generated as you use the Service.
• Sign-in and device information — when you sign in, we place a random device cookie in your browser and keep only a one-way fingerprint of it, together with your browser and operating system, the approximate city, region and country your connection comes from (worked out from your IP address by our hosting provider; we do not store the IP address), and when that device first and last signed in. We use it to recognise your devices and to tell you when your account is signed in from a new one.

How We Use Your Information

• Operate the marketplace and your account, and display your collection and order history.
• Process orders, payments, store-credit balances, and (where offered) payouts to your bank.
• Authenticate, store, and ship physical items, and generate prepaid shipping labels and tracking.
• Send service communications — order, authentication, and shipping updates, and account emails such as password resets.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues — including emailing you when your account is signed in from a new device, or when your payout bank, password or email changes — and comply with legal obligations.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the Service, as required by law, and publicly where you choose to be featured (see Leaderboards and Social Media below):

• Stripe — payment processing and, where offered, identity verification and bank payouts.
• Shippo — shipping label generation and package tracking.
• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage hosting.
• Resend — delivery of transactional and account emails.
• Vercel — website hosting, including the approximate location of a connection used in sign-in alerts.
• Legal & safety — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Delta and its users.

Leaderboards and Social Media

Featuring is off unless you turn it on, either with the box when you sign up or with the switch in Settings (“Feature my sales and purchases on Delta TCG Leaderboards and Social Media Channels.”).

• Leaderboards: while the switch is on, your username and the total value of your completed sales to and purchases from Delta are ranked on a public page anyone can see.
• Social media channels: when you place an order with its featuring box ticked, Delta TCG may share your username, the items in that order, the total, and any note you wrote on its public channels, including YouTube and Discord. The switch only ticks that box for you; you can untick it on any order, and only an order placed with the box ticked is ever featured.
• Never shared: your real name, address, email, phone number and payment details.
• Turning it off removes you from the leaderboards at their next update and stops the box arriving ticked. A post already published on a social media channel may remain there.

Data Security & Retention

We protect your information with industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), access controls, and row-level security on our database. We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. Your recorded devices are deleted with your account. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You can review and update your account information in your profile settings. To request access to, or deletion of, your personal information, contact us at the address below. Some information may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Children

The Service is intended for adults (18 years or older) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
