Delta TCG (“Delta,” “we,” “us”) is a collectibles marketplace and portfolio-tracking platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with when you use deltatcg.com and our related services (the “Service”).

• Account information — your username, email address, and name when you register.
• Shipping & contact details — the mailing address and phone number you provide to ship items to or from Delta.
• Transaction & order data — your purchases from Delta, items you offer to sell to Delta, order history, and wallet (store-credit) balances and transactions.
• Payment information — card and bank-payout details are collected and processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
• Usage data — basic technical information (such as device and log data) generated as you use the Service.

How We Use Your Information

• Operate the marketplace and your account, and display your collection and order history.
• Process orders, payments, store-credit balances, and (where offered) payouts to your bank.
• Authenticate, store, and ship physical items, and generate prepaid shipping labels and tracking.
• Send service communications — order, authentication, and shipping updates, and account emails such as password resets.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues, and comply with legal obligations.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the Service, and as required by law:

• Stripe — payment processing and, where offered, identity verification and bank payouts.
• Shippo — shipping label generation and package tracking.
• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage hosting.
• Resend — delivery of transactional and account emails.
• Legal & safety — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Delta and its users.

Data Security & Retention

We protect your information with industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), access controls, and row-level security on our database. We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You can review and update your account information in your profile settings. To request access to, or deletion of, your personal information, contact us at the address below. Some information may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Children

The Service is intended for adults (18 years or older) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
