Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Delta TCG (the “Service,” “Delta,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What Delta Is

Delta is an authenticated collectibles marketplace and portfolio tracker. Delta is not a peer-to-peer marketplace: Delta physically holds, authenticates, and is the seller of all inventory. When you buy, you buy authenticated items from Delta; when you sell, you sell your items to Delta. Delta is the counterparty to every transaction.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Buying from Delta

Listed items are authenticated and condition-verified by Delta. Prices and availability are shown at the time of purchase, and orders are subject to acceptance and item availability. Payment is made by card via our payment provider, Stripe, and/or by applying your wallet store credit. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.

Selling to Delta

When you offer items to Delta, you ship them to us using a provided prepaid label, and we authenticate and assess them on arrival. Accepted items are credited to your wallet as store credit at the agreed amount; items we cannot accept (including suspected counterfeits or items not matching your submission) are handled per the on-site sell process. You represent that items you offer are authentic, lawfully owned by you, and accurately described.

Wallet & Store Credit

Your wallet balance represents store credit, earned primarily from the proceeds of items you sell to Delta and spendable on purchases through the Service. Where cash-out is offered, you may withdraw eligible balances to your bank account via Stripe, subject to identity verification (KYC), payout processing times, and any applicable minimums, limits, or fees disclosed at the time of withdrawal. Cash-out functionality may not be available to all users or in all regions.

Shipping

Delta provides prepaid shipping labels for sell shipments and arranges outbound shipping for purchases. You are responsible for packaging items securely and shipping within any stated timeframe. Tracking and status updates are provided through the Service where available.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to submit counterfeit or stolen items, to commit fraud or payment abuse, or to interfere with the integrity or operation of the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Fees

Certain features may carry fees, including optional Pro subscriptions, shipping charges below applicable thresholds, and any cash-out fees. Fees are disclosed within the Service before you incur them.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delta and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to Delta in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
